Wolf Mode — what it means for you
When Wolf Mode is set, one pillar is the week's focus. Here's how to use it to your advantage.
Wolf Mode is your admin's weekly rallying call. When it's active, one of the five pillars becomes the focus for the whole pack — and the platform adjusts to match.
How you'll know Wolf Mode is on
- A banner appears on your Today tab naming the active pillar
- Your home screen shows the pillar's theme prompt
- Challenges tagged to that pillar show a 2× sparks badge
- If Slack is connected, your channel got the Wolf Mode announcement
How to take advantage
- 1Check which pillar is active at the start of each week.
- 2Look at your open challenges — prioritise any tagged to the active pillar.
- 3When you send a recognition, tag it to the active pillar if it fits — the recipient earns double sparks.
- 4Let the pillar prompt guide your intention for check-ins this week.
What if the pillar doesn't feel relevant to me?
That's useful information. If the active pillar is something like Hunt (mastery) but your work this week is purely reactive firefighting, notice that gap. It's worth naming in your wrap-up — and it might be worth raising with your manager in a 1:1.
