The Better Us Profile·Free, no email

How do you
lead your pack?

Twelve real moments from working life, about four minutes. You get four scores rather than one label, your role in the pack, and the part most quizzes leave out: what pressure does to the way you lead.

Nothing to sign up for. Your answers stay on your device.

The Howler

Connector

You lead through people. Relationships are your superpower; teams trust you fast and follow willingly.

The one who calls the pack together.

The Scout

Creator

You lead through ideas. You see possibilities others miss and you're energised by blank canvases and bold experiments.

First over the ridge, finding the new ground.

The Lead Hunter

Challenger

You lead through standards. You push teams past what they thought possible, and you don't accept mediocrity.

Sets the pace and picks the target.

The Den Keeper

Carer

You lead through service. You're the one who notices who's struggling, who builds psychological safety, who stays after.

Guards the young and the wounded.

Why this one

Most leadership quizzes sort you. This one measures you.

  1. 01

    Four scores, not one label

Somebody who is 45% Challenger and 40% Creator leads very differently from somebody who is 80% Challenger. You see all four, and your label comes from them.

  2. 02

    Measured under pressure

Four of the twelve moments are hard ones: no sleep, bad news, an angry client. Your answers there are scored on their own, so your shadow is measured, not guessed.

  3. 03

    Wired to Wolf Logic

Every style feeds some of the five pillars and starves others when it is over-used. Your result tells you which, so you know what your pack is likely to be strong in and where it will go thin.

The map underneath

Nobody feeds all five. That is why you need a pack.

Feeds naturally Starves when over-used

This is how you see yourself today. Your pack may see something different. Both are useful.

A developmental tool, never a performance one. Your answers are scored in your browser and are not stored against your name. Nobody sees your result unless you send them the link.

Four minutes to find your style.
A lifetime to use it well.
