How challenges work

Weekly pillar challenges that earn sparks and build real habits — not just points.

Challenges are short weekly actions tied to one of the five pillars. They're designed to be completable in a normal workweek — not aspirational targets you'll never hit.

Finding challenges

Go to /dashboard/challenges to see this week's active challenges. Each one shows:

  • Which pillar it belongs to
  • The spark value (typically 10–50 sparks)
  • The completion criteria
  • Whether Wolf Mode doubles the sparks

Completing a challenge

  1. 1Tap a challenge to read the full brief.
  2. 2Do the action in your real work life (e.g., "Give a recognition this week" or "Share one thing you learned with your pack").
  3. 3Mark it complete in the app.
  4. 4Sparks land in your bank automatically.

Wolf Mode and double sparks

When your admin sets Wolf Mode to a specific pillar, challenges tagged to that pillar earn double sparks for the week. It's worth checking which pillar is active before choosing which challenges to tackle.

Sparks vs streaks

Completing a challenge earns sparks. It doesn't extend your check-in streak (only a daily check-in does that). Think of challenges as earning currency; check-ins as building habit.

Top tips

Make the most of this feature

  1. 1

Start with the highest spark-value challenge you can actually complete — don't spread thin.

  2. 2

Challenge content refreshes weekly. There's always something new if last week's didn't fit.

  3. 3

Pack challenges (ones involving a teammate) tend to earn more sparks — they're worth the extra step.
