For packmates

Take control of your wellbeing at work.

Most workplace 'wellness' tools measure you and walk away. BetterUs gives you back something useful every single day. Your data, your story. Your shape, your hands. Real agency — not another survey.

Every morning

Your 60-second check-in.

Five quick taps — mood, energy, stress, belonging, confidence. One moment of honest reflection. Yours.

We don't ask you to write essays. Five sliders. The honest version, not the polished one. The whole thing fits in the time it takes to stir your coffee.

Your data lives at /dashboard/me — a private trend page only you can see. Five-dimension shape over 30 days. Track what's true.

Your manager sees aggregate numbers across the team — never your individual ratings. Pulse responses are anon-hashed at the database level. Free-text never leaves your account.

Your data, your story. Your manager sees the shape of the team — never the names.

Right after

A personal response, every time.

Based on what you said today. Not a generic affirmation. Specific. Yours.

The wellbeing library has 200 entries, matched to your pillar + mood. If you're stretched on Hunt today, you don't get the same line as someone who's stretched on Den. The response is for you, today, this hour.

Some days the response is a tactical reset (try this 60-second breath). Some days it's a reframe (here's another way to hold what you're feeling). Some days it's just witness — you're not alone, this is what stretched looks like.

Whatever you get, it's there because you said something honest. The system listens to you. Most workplace 'wellness' tools never do.

Whenever you want

Recognition that feels real.

Two sentences, one moment, one human noticing another. Send. Receive. Build across weeks.

Not 'great job!' Not a heart emoji. A specific moment + the specific thing the colleague did + why it mattered. The trait + impact + moment frame.

Each month you get a spark allowance — sparks to give away. Use them or lose them. Forces a recognition cadence the team feels.

Receive a recognition and it sits on your /dashboard/me wall, alongside every other one you've received. Whole career, in one scrollable artifact.

Your week

/dashboard/me — your private trend.

Five dimensions over 30 days. Your shape. Just for you. Never your manager.

The five Wolf Logic dimensions plotted as a heatmap and a trend line. You see what your weeks look like — when you're depleted, when you're climbing, when something's shifted.

Workload (Load) is the sixth dimension when you connect your calendar. Read-only access; we measure meeting density, after-hours work, focus blocks. Yours alone.

BetterUs 12 quarterly engagement scores show your personal shape too — your radar moves over time. Habit, not snapshot.

Yours. No one else's. Your manager never sees this page. Never.

Between meetings

Audio resets when you need them.

Eight tracks, 60 seconds to 5 minutes. Headphones on. Move the work out of your body.

60-second reset (between back-to-backs). Before-a-hard-conversation reset (3 min). Post-meeting shake-off (2 min). End-of-day close (3 min). After bad news — five minutes.

Browser TTS reads them aloud today; AI-generated MP3s once your workspace activates them; studio voice-over when production runs the recording session. All three sources interchangeable.

Use them OR don't. They're a tool, not a homework assignment.

Across weeks

Learning paths that compound.

Five 4–6 week journeys. Habits, not entries. The kind of growth you'll notice in three months.

Resilience 101 (4 weeks · Den) — the skills that hold you up when the work doesn't. Naming what's hard, the one-breath reset, borrowing strength, the bounce ritual.

Difficult Conversations (4 weeks · Howl) — the conversation you've been putting off, and how to have it well.

Building a Recognition Habit (4 weeks · Pack) — Monday cadence, specificity, recognising across the org chart.

First 90 Days as a Manager (6 weeks · Pack) — listen before you lead, the first commitment, the trust contract.

Managing Through Change (5 weeks · Move) — naming what's actually changing, the first 72 hours, the rolling 1:1, protecting one thing.

Reflections are private. Manager sees 'X% of pack started a path' — never which path or what you wrote.

When you're stretched

Support that finds you.

Three days of low mood and we surface support resources. Workplace EAP first, then country-appropriate crisis lines.

When mood ≤ 2 for 3+ consecutive days, the next check-in shows a soft 'want to talk to someone?' panel. Your workspace's EAP details first (when configured), then Lifeline Australia, Beyond Blue, 13YARN, Samaritans, 988, 1737, etc. — pre-built into the product.

Crisis-keyword detection runs on your own free-text in recognitions, anonymous feedback, and reflections. If the system catches a worrying signal, it surfaces resources before you submit. Never blocks the send. Never alerts your manager. Yours to use or not.

BetterUs is not a clinical service. We route you to one when it matters.

We never alert your manager. Self-nudges are between you and the resource. Always.

Always

You shape what your workspace does next.

BetterUs 12 + lifecycle surveys + eNPS + anonymous feedback. Real agency, not just venting.

Quarterly: BetterUs 12 — 12 questions, 5 minutes, anon-aggregate. Your engagement signal, your way. Your manager sees the workspace shape, never your individual answers.

Lifecycle: day 30, 60, 90, 180, 365 surveys. Tight, situation-specific, 3–5 questions each. The day-60 'politeness wall' question. The day-180 'do you see yourself here in 12 months' question. Anonymous-aggregate by default.

eNPS quarterly: one question — would you recommend this place as somewhere to work? Honest, frictionless, anonymous.

Anonymous feedback inbox at /dashboard/feedback: drop something whenever. The thing you've been wanting to say at work but haven't.

Anonymous means anonymous. Architecturally. Your member ID is stripped before the message hits the database.

The hard line

What stays yours, architecturally.

Privacy is the load-bearing wall of this product. We say what's true and we say it the same way to your CISO and to you.

  • Your check-ins are aggregate-only at the manager level.

Managers see distributions across the team. They never see who said what.

  • Your free-text never leaves your account.

Wrap-up reflections, learning-path reflections, mood notes — all private. Even our system can't read them at scale; they're stored encrypted at rest.

  • Pulse responses are anon-hashed.

Each pulse response is salted with the pulse ID + system secret before being stored. Even with database access, an admin couldn't trace a response back to you.

  • Aggregate suppressed below 5 contributors.

Pulse aggregates, BetterUs 12 results, benchmark cells — all require k-anonymity ≥ 5. Below that, the data is suppressed entirely.

  • AI features run on names + counts, never free-text.

Where AI is enabled (it's optional, off by default), we send first names + aggregate counts only. Never your mood entries. Never your reflections.

  • You can leave with your data.

Export-on-request from your profile. Deletion-on-request honoured within 30 days. No customer data is used to train any AI model — ours or third-party.

The full privacy posture is at /security/overview. The full privacy policy is at /privacy.

Take control of your wellbeing at work — really, not in theory.

Your data, your shape, your decisions. Sixty seconds a day. The product gives you back something useful every time.

Better me. Better us. Better together.
