Every price across the site is now AUD (A$29/mo Starter → A$2,999/mo Mega). Sign-up page reads from the canonical pricing tiers — no more contradictions between /pricing and the form. Full /privacy and /terms pages live, with Stripe Checkout requiring terms acceptance. GDPR self-service: Export-my-data and Delete-account live in /dashboard/profile.
Removed fake 'Connect' buttons from Slack/HRIS/SSO that did nothing. Removed the fictional Manager approvals queue. /admin/billing now shows a friendly 'we're invoicing early customers directly' state when Stripe envs are missing instead of a scary red error. Wolf Mode no longer claims to have notified the pack when the backend write silently failed.
Fixed the bug where some employees got stuck on a spinner after entering their 6-digit code. Tightened API timeouts to 8s, made every fallback path graceful, and gated layouts on auth-store hydration so refreshes don't bounce sessions to /sign-in.
