The watch list
Which members the platform flags for attention, and what to do about it.
The watch list surfaces members whose engagement signals suggest they may need attention. It's not a performance management tool — it's an early warning system.
What triggers a watch list flag
A member appears when two or more of the following are true: check-in rate below 20% in the last 14 days, no recognition sent in the last 3 weeks, no recognition received in the last 3 weeks, a significant drop (>15 points) in their contributing pillar scores, or streak reset 3+ times in the last 30 days.
Where to find it
On your /admin home screen, the Watch List card appears below the weekly awards. Visible only to admins — packmates never see it.
What to do with it
The watch list is a cue for a human conversation, not an automated response. A packmate on the watch list might be going through something personal, disengaged for a real reason, just busy and temporarily off the rituals, or thinking about leaving.
The right response is almost always a 1:1 — a genuine "I noticed you've been quieter lately — how are you?" conversation.
Confidentiality
The watch list is entirely confidential. Never reference it directly to a packmate. Use the insight to inform the conversation, not to start it.

Check the watch list every Monday morning — it takes 2 minutes and gives you your most important conversations for the week.

Don't batch watch list check-ins. Reach out to one person at a time, genuinely.

Someone consistently on the watch list for 3+ weeks is a flight risk. Act sooner than you think you need to.
