Managing multiple packs
How to set up, navigate, and get insight across multiple packs in the same workspace.
If your workspace has multiple teams, you can organise them into packs — each with its own Pack Lead, Trust Lab data, and engagement metrics.
Creating a pack
- 1Go to /admin/packs → "New pack."
- 2Name the pack.
- 3Assign a Pack Lead (they get manager-level access for that pack only).
- 4Generate a pack-specific join code.
Navigating packs
From /admin/packs, you see a dashboard of all your packs with summary metrics for each. Click any pack to go to its individual dashboard.
Pack Leads
Pack Leads have access to their pack's member profiles, Trust Lab radar, watch list, 1:1 tools, and can run pulses for their pack. They cannot see other packs' data.
Cross-pack insights
For workspaces with 3+ packs, /admin/insights includes a cross-pack comparison view — which packs are thriving, which are stretched, and where to focus leadership energy.
Top tips
Make the most of this feature
- 1
Give Pack Leads proper onboarding before granting access — the watch list is powerful and needs to be used thoughtfully.
- 2
Use cross-pack comparison monthly to identify where to invest attention as a senior leader.
- 3
Pack names matter — teams that name their pack something meaningful tend to have higher engagement.
