Understanding member profiles
What you can see for each packmate, what you can't, and how to use the data well.
From /admin/team, clicking any member opens their profile.
What you can see
Check-in rate, streak, spark balance, recognitions sent/received, Wolf Archetype, badges and patches, recent recognition history, challenge completion rate, and pack participation.
What you can never see
Individual check-in pillar scores, Mood Journey data, wrap-up responses, individual pulse or survey answers, and any private notes in their Wolf Den.
1:1 notes
Admins and pack leads can add private notes to a member's profile at /admin/team/[member]/1on1. These notes are only visible to you (not the member). Use them to track 1:1 conversations, flag concerns, or note commitments you've made.
Bulk actions
From /admin/team, you can send a bulk invite to new members, export the team roster, assign or change roles (Admin, Manager, Employee), and remove members who've left.
Top tips
Make the most of this feature
- 1
Review the recognitions sent/received ratio — a consistently low sent count is worth a gentle conversation.
- 2
Use 1:1 notes to track what you've committed to doing for each packmate — it's the best accountability tool.
- 3
Low check-in rate + no recognitions received is the most reliable early signal of someone considering leaving.
