The Trust Lab — what it means for you
Your pack's five-pillar trust score and how you contribute to it.
The Trust Lab is the pack-level view of your team's health across the five Wolf Logic pillars. It shows up as a pentagon radar chart on your dashboard.
What it measures
Each pillar (Den, Howl, Pack, Hunt, Move As One) gets a score from 0 to 100. The scores come from aggregated check-in pillar ratings across the team, recognition volume and pillar tagging, pulse survey results, and challenge completion rates.
What the shape tells you
- A balanced pentagon — Healthy and consistent across all pillars. This is the target shape.
- A spike in one pillar — Your team's strength. Celebrate it.
- A notch in one pillar — The area that needs attention.
Your contribution
Every check-in you complete contributes to the aggregate. Every recognition you send or receive feeds the Pack pillar score. Every challenge you complete feeds the pillar it's tagged to. You're not just reporting on the team — you're actively shaping it.
Score labels
- 80+ — Thriving
- 65–79 — Healthy
- 50–64 — Mixed (worth a pulse)
- Below 50 — Stretched (needs care)
