The pack leaderboard
How the leaderboard works, what it measures, and how to read it without over-indexing on rank.
The pack leaderboard ranks packmates by engagement activity — sparks earned, check-in consistency, recognitions sent and received, and challenge completions.
Finding the leaderboard
Go to /dashboard/team to see the full leaderboard for your pack.
What it measures
The leaderboard score is a composite of check-in consistency (highest weight), sparks earned this period, recognitions sent (not just received), and challenge completions. It's designed to reward the behaviours that benefit the whole team.
How to read it
The leaderboard is a participation signal, not a performance ranking. Someone at the top isn't necessarily doing better work — they're doing more with the platform's rituals.
Use the leaderboard to notice who's been consistently engaged and give them a recognition, notice if you've fallen off and ask yourself why, and celebrate packmates who've moved up significantly week over week.
Leaderboard period
The leaderboard resets weekly. You can toggle between this week's ranking and the all-time ranking.
