Team Moments is the pack's shared wall for wins, milestones, and things worth naming. It's different from the recognition wall, moments are about shared experiences, not individual kudos.

Go to /dashboard/moments to see the moments wall and to post your own.
What makes a good moment
A good moment is specific (name the win, ship, or lesson), brief (one or two sentences), and one of three types:
- Win, Something went well. Ship, close, solve.
- Milestone, Something worth marking. Work anniversary, project kickoff.
- Lesson, Something that didn't go as planned, handled well, worth sharing.
Lessons are the hidden gem
Most workplace platforms only surface wins. The "lesson" category is rare and valuable, it normalises intelligent failure and shares what the team learned. Packmates who post lessons build more trust than those who only post wins.
Reactions
Packmates can react to moments with a small set of responses. This is a lightweight way to acknowledge a moment without needing to write a full recognition.

Make the most of this feature

Post at least one moment per week, it keeps the wall alive and builds a shared team narrative.

Don't only post wins. The most respected packmates are the ones who also share lessons.

Tag a packmate in a moment when they were involved, it links to their profile and gives them visibility.
