One-off spark awards to celebrate moments the platform doesn't automatically capture.
Bonus sparks are one-off spark grants you can send to any packmate for any reason — a specific achievement, a moment of exceptional work, or anything else worth marking.
Sending bonus sparks
- 1Go to /admin/sparks (or find the "Send a thank-you" card in /admin/tools).
- 2Choose the packmate.
- 3Set the spark amount (50–200 is the typical range for a meaningful gesture).
- 4Add a short note (this appears as a mini-recognition on their profile).
- 5Send.
When to use bonus sparks
After a client save that involved extraordinary effort, when someone steps up during a team member's leave, for work anniversaries or tenure milestones, recognising effort invisible in the platform data (quiet mentors, behind-the-scenes work), or a team-wide bonus after a major milestone.
Team-wide bonus sparks
You can send bonus sparks to your entire pack at once. Useful for celebrating collective wins — everyone gets the same message and the same spark amount.
