Automatic rewards that land when packmates hit spark thresholds — no manual fulfilment needed.
Reward milestones are automatic rewards triggered when a packmate's cumulative spark balance crosses a threshold you set. Set them once and the platform handles the rest.
Setting up milestones
- 1Go to /admin/rewards.
- 2Tap "New milestone."
- 3Set the spark threshold (e.g., 500 sparks).
- 4Define the reward (a short description + fulfilment instructions).
- 5Set whether the reward repeats.
- 6Publish.
Examples of effective milestones
- 100 sparks — A personalised congratulations message + small recognition
- 500 sparks — Coffee voucher or equivalent
- 1,000 sparks — Meaningful reward (extra leave, larger gift card, team lunch)
Fulfilment
Milestones don't auto-fulfil the physical reward — you still need to deliver it. But you get a notification when someone hits a milestone, so the admin action is simple and timely.
