Every morning, BetterUs opens with a personalised greeting and a daily affirmation. It's a 10-second moment designed to set a conscious intention before the day swallows you.
What's in the morning greeting
- A time-aware greeting (morning/afternoon/evening depending on your timezone)
- Your current streak and recent spark count
- A daily affirmation drawn from the platform's rotating library
- A nudge to your Today ritual if you haven't checked in yet
How to use it well
The morning greeting is designed to be read, not immediately tapped through. Give yourself 10 seconds with the affirmation — a conscious pause before the notification flood actually shifts the frame for the day.
Affirmations and Wolf Mode
When an admin sets Wolf Mode for the week, the affirmations skew toward that pillar's theme. Den week → belonging and safety prompts. Hunt week → focus, mastery, and purpose prompts.
Can I skip it?
Yes — tap anywhere to move through to your dashboard. But the packmates who engage with the morning greeting even briefly tend to have higher check-in consistency. It's a tiny ritual that signals to your brain that BetterUs time is intentional, not accidental.
