Your workplace's custom check-in questions
Up to three extra questions set by your admin — tailored to your team's goals, values, or culture.
After the five core Wolf Logic pillar questions, your workplace may include up to three custom questions in your daily check-in. These are set by your admin and are specific to your organisation — think values alignment, focus and clarity, or whatever matters most to your team right now.
What they look like
Custom questions appear as a natural continuation of the check-in flow, directly after the five pillars. Each question uses one of three formats:
- 1–5 scale — Five tap-targets, same feel as the core pillar questions. Fast, intuitive.
- 1–10 scale — Ten tap-targets for questions where more granularity matters.
- Yes / No — Two large buttons. The fastest format — one tap and you're done.
Your admin sets the question text, the format, and the anchor labels (e.g. "Not at all" to "Absolutely"). You just answer honestly.
Why these questions exist
The five core pillars give every workplace the same baseline. The custom questions let your admin go a level deeper — asking about something specific to your company's goals, values, or current priorities. If your team is mid-restructure, they might ask about communication clarity. If you're pushing into a new market, they might ask about customer confidence. These questions are yours.
Sparks and privacy
Answering custom questions earns you sparks — your admin sets the value per question (default is 5 sparks each). Your individual answers are never visible to anyone. Managers and admins only see aggregated data, and only once at least five different people have responded — before that threshold, nothing is shown at all.
Skipping questions
Custom questions are part of the check-in flow but you are never forced to answer. If a question feels unclear or doesn't apply to your day, you can move past it. Your streak is not affected.
