Learning paths
4–6 week journeys through a topic, one step per week, that build real skill over time.
Learning paths are structured development journeys — typically 4–6 weeks — that cover a topic relevant to your work or wellbeing. Unlike one-off articles, paths build progressively so each week's content connects to the one before.
Finding learning paths
Go to /dashboard/paths to see available paths. Each one shows the topic, pillar focus, number of steps, your current progress, and sparks available.
How they work
Each week, the next step in your path unlocks. A step might be a short read (5–10 minutes), a reflection prompt, a micro-action to take in your work life this week, or a short audio piece.
Completing a step earns 20 sparks and advances the progress bar.
Pace
Paths are designed at one step per week — slow enough to actually integrate, fast enough to feel like progress. You can't skip ahead (each step unlocks weekly), but you can go back and revisit completed steps any time.
Paths vs challenges
Challenges are one-off weekly actions. Paths are structured over multiple weeks with a cumulative learning arc. Both earn sparks. Paths tend to feel more meaningful; challenges tend to feel more immediate.
Top tips
Make the most of this feature
- 1
Commit to one path at a time — the compounding effect only works if you see it through.
- 2
Do your learning path step on the same day each week — treat it like a recurring calendar block.
- 3
Pair the reflection prompts with your weekly wrap-up for maximum insight.
