Exporting your workspace data
Download your engagement data in CSV or JSON for external analysis or compliance.
BetterUs is your data. You can export it at any time — no support ticket, no waiting.
What you can export
From /admin/export: engagement summary (check-in rates, recognition volumes, challenge completions), Trust Lab trends (pillar scores over time in CSV), survey results (aggregate only), recognition log (sender name, recipient, pillar tag, timestamp), spark ledger (full transaction history), and member roster (names, roles, join dates, last active date).
What you cannot export
Individual check-in scores, individual pulse answers, wrap-up content, or Mood Journey data. These are private to each member — even the workspace owner cannot export them.
Export formats
- CSV — For Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
- JSON — For developers, data warehouses, or API pipelines
Live integration
For live integration with a data warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift), set up the data warehouse connector at /admin/integrations/warehouse.
Top tips
Make the most of this feature
- 1
Export data quarterly at minimum — even if you don't analyse it immediately, having the archive is valuable.
- 2
Use the recognition log export for HR purposes — it's a useful supplement to performance reviews.
- 3
The data warehouse integration is worth setting up if you have a BI team — it's live data, not snapshots.
