Audit logs

A complete record of every admin action in your workspace — who did what and when.

Audit logs are a timestamped record of all significant admin actions in your workspace. Useful for compliance, governance, and troubleshooting.

What's logged

Admin logins/logouts, member invitations and removals, role changes, Wolf Mode changes, pulse creations, challenge creations and edits, reward milestone creations, bonus spark grants, SSO and integration configuration changes, and data exports.

Accessing the audit log

Go to /admin/audit. You can filter by date range, action type, and which admin performed the action. Logs are searchable and exportable as CSV.

Retention and compliance

Audit logs are retained for 24 months. Older logs can be archived to your data warehouse via the integration. Only workspace admins can view audit logs — Pack Leads and members cannot access them.

If your company requires compliance documentation (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR audits), the audit log can be exported and provided to auditors. Contact support@theschoolofplay.co if you need specific log formats.

Top tips

Make the most of this feature

  1. 1

Review audit logs monthly — a 5-minute scan for unexpected role changes or admin actions is good hygiene.

  2. 2

Export logs quarterly for your compliance archive, even if you don't have a specific requirement yet.

  3. 3

If you suspect unauthorised admin access, audit logs are your first stop — they'll show you exactly what happened.
