How to upgrade from the trial

Pick a plan at /admin/billing. The card on file kicks in once the 14 days wrap.

If you signed up with a card, nothing to do — you'll roll onto your chosen plan automatically when the trial wraps. You can switch plans (monthly ↔ annual) any time at /admin/billing.

If you signed up without a card (or your trial is wrapping and you haven't picked one):

  1. 1Open /admin/billing.
  2. 2Pick monthly or annual — the price reflects your current pack size.
  3. 3Stripe handles the checkout; you'll land back on /admin with a confirmation.

Pricing transparency

  • The price shown reflects your current active-seat count.
  • If your pack grows mid-cycle, the next invoice picks up additional seats prorated.
  • If your pack shrinks, the next invoice reflects the lower count.

When the trial wraps and there's no card

  • The trial banner switches to a "trial wrapped" prompt.
  • Read-only access continues for 7 days so you can decide.
  • After 7 days, the workspace is paused (data preserved) until you upgrade.

Make the most of this feature

    Upgrade before Day 14 so your team doesn't see a 'trial ending' banner — it undermines confidence in the platform.

    Choose annual billing if you're confident in the platform — the saving covers roughly two months free.

  3. 3

    If the trial price felt right, the paid price should too — active seat billing means you only pay for people who actually use it.
