How billing works
Tiered plans by pack size, monthly or annual, 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime, packmates keep their data.
BetterUs Workplace bills on a tiered plan in AUD, processed by Stripe. You pick a plan and it covers your whole pack up to that tier's maximum, not per individual seat.
How the tiers work
Plans run from Starter up to Mega, each set by the maximum number of packmates it covers. Pick the tier that fits your pack today; when you outgrow it, move up to the next one. There's no per-seat metering and no manual seat management, everyone in your workspace is covered as long as your pack is within your plan's limit.
Trial → paid
Every workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access. We collect a card up-front but you can cancel before day 14 with no charge.

What happens if I cancel
- Your packmates keep all their data.
- You can re-activate any time, same workspace, same join code.
- If you stay cancelled longer than 90 days, we anonymise check-in history and delete recognition free-text per our privacy policy.
Where to see invoices
/admin/billing has the live receipt. Stripe also emails an invoice at every renewal.
