How billing works
Per-seat pricing, monthly or annual, 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime, packmates keep their data.
BetterUs Workplace bills per active seat per month, in AUD, processed by Stripe.
What "active seat" means
Anyone who has logged in at least once in the last 30 days. New joiners count from their first check-in; people who churn out drop off automatically. You don't manage seats manually.
Trial → paid
Every workspace gets a 14-day free trial with full access. We collect a card up-front but you can cancel before day 14 with no charge.
Plans
- Monthly — Flexible, scales with you, cancel anytime.
- Annual — Save approximately 16%, paid up-front.
What happens if I cancel
- Your packmates keep all their data.
- You can re-activate any time — same workspace, same join code.
- If you stay cancelled longer than 90 days, we anonymise check-in history and delete recognition free-text per our privacy policy.
Where to see invoices
/admin/billing has the live receipt. Stripe also emails an invoice at every renewal.

Switch to annual billing once you know the platform is working for your team — the saving is real.

Seat count adjusts automatically — you don't need to manually add or remove seats as the team grows or shrinks.

Keep a billing admin email that's a shared inbox, not a personal one — invoices shouldn't go to someone who might leave.
