The BetterUs 12 is a 12-question quarterly survey that measures engagement across all five Wolf Logic pillars plus purpose, growth, and recognition quality.

When does it run

Every quarter — roughly every 90 days. You'll get a notification when it's open. It takes 4–6 minutes.

What it asks

12 questions, each rated 1–10. Themes include how safe you feel to speak up, how clear your role purpose feels, how well the team backs each other, how much you're growing, how effective leadership communication is, and how recognised your work feels.

Who sees the results

Your individual answers are always aggregated — admins see team-level scores, not yours. The 12-question breakdown gives leadership a much richer picture than daily check-ins alone, because it surfaces things people might not raise in a 90-second check-in.
