Setting up your profile

What's on your profile, how it appears to packmates, and what to prioritise first.

Your profile is how your packmates know you on the platform. A complete profile makes recognitions more personal and helps teammates understand how you work.

What's on your profile

  • Name and photo — Essential. A face makes recognition land better.
  • Wolf Archetype — Your leadership style (Connector, Challenger, Playmaker, or Stabiliser).
  • Style badge — A short description of your working style preferences.
  • Role — Your job title or function.
  • Badges and patches — Earned milestones, visible to your pack.

How to update it

Go to /dashboard/profile. Most fields are editable inline.

Your Wolf Archetype

If you haven't taken the archetype quiz yet, you'll see a prompt on your profile page. It takes 5 minutes and gives you a detailed breakdown of your leadership style.

What packmates can see

By default, packmates can see your name, photo, archetype, badges, and recognition history. They cannot see your individual check-in scores, your Mood Journey, or your wrap-up content.

Top tips

Make the most of this feature

  1. 1

Add a photo first — it's the single thing that most affects how personal recognitions feel to receive.

  2. 2

Your Style Badge is worth filling in thoughtfully — it's how remote teammates understand how to work with you best.

  3. 3

Take the Wolf Archetype quiz early — the tailored challenge and learning suggestions start from your archetype.
