Your mood journey
An 8-week personal trend of your wellbeing across all five pillars.
The Mood Journey is your personal longitudinal view of how you're doing at work. It's built from every check-in you've completed, plotted over time across all five pillars.
Where to find it
Go to /dashboard/journey. You'll see a multi-line chart showing your scores for each pillar over the last 8 weeks.
Reading your journey
Look for patterns, not individual data points:
- A pillar that's consistently low might be something structural to address.
- A pillar that dips around a specific date might correlate with a specific event.
- A pillar that's trending up is worth naming — what changed?
It's only for you
Your Mood Journey is entirely private. No admin or manager can access your individual pillar history.
Requires consistent check-ins
The Mood Journey is only as rich as your check-in data. If you check in 3–4 times per week, you'll start seeing meaningful patterns by week 3.
Using it intentionally
Once a month, spend 5 minutes looking at your journey. Notice what's surprising. Use it as prep for a 1:1 with your manager — you don't have to share it, but having looked at it means you'll know what's real vs what's just today's mood.
Top tips
Make the most of this feature
- 1
Look at your journey at the start of each month — it's a powerful 5-minute self-check.
- 2
If a pillar dips hard in one week, look at what was happening in your work that week. The correlation is often obvious.
- 3
Your journey resets after extended inactivity — another reason to keep the check-in habit consistent.
