The admin home screen is a daily briefing, not a dashboard to monitor all day. Here's what each section is for.
Culture Score
Your composite 0–100 score across all five pillars. It refreshes every 24 hours. Below 60 is a conversation starter, above 75 is solid, above 85 is genuinely exceptional.
AI Culture Briefing
Below the score: a short AI-generated summary of what's happening in the pack this week. It surfaces patterns from check-in data, recognition activity, and pulse results. Read it Monday morning before your weekly planning session.
Today's check-in snapshot
Real-time participation rate for today's check-ins. A good benchmark is 60%+ by end of day. If you're below 30% by mid-afternoon, set Wolf Mode for the week, it usually bumps participation.
Weekly awards
Who sent the most recognitions, who received the most, who has the longest streak, and who improved the most. Use these in your all-hands or Slack channels to celebrate publicly.
Watch list
Members whose engagement signals suggest they need attention, low check-in rate, no recognitions in 2+ weeks, or a meaningful drop in their pillar scores. This is your cue to reach out, not a reason to panic.
