The State of Pack report
A comprehensive pack health document you can generate on demand and share with leadership.
The State of Pack report is a detailed, formatted document that summarises your pack's health across all metrics. It's designed to be shared with senior leadership, boards, or used in quarterly business reviews.
Generating the report
From /admin/insights, tap "State of Pack." Choose a time period (last 30, 60, or 90 days) and which data to include. The report generates in seconds.
What it includes
Culture score trend and current reading, Trust Lab radar with pillar breakdown, check-in participation rate and trend, recognition volume and pillar distribution, challenge completion rates, survey results (BetterUs 12 and eNPS, if completed this period), watch list summary (anonymised), top contributors, and recommended focus areas.
Format and confidentiality
The report exports as a formatted PDF, ready to hand to a CEO or HR director without editing. Individual member data is always anonymised — the report shows aggregates, trends, and distributions, never individual check-in scores.
